How many acres of land do you require to build a golf course, incl. club house & practice range?

    For your clubhouse residential area probably needed to get laid out plus the area need for newer courses to help finance.

    300-350, courses are of different lengths and widths, make sure you can get financing, to develop, residential neighborhoods very hard these days and pricey espcially in the south
