The designer want to make it but all the courses ive played on are about 1520 meters wide.

There is no average size or width, it is all based on how much land the developer has to work with. In the old days, they use to make the longer holes greens bigger as people had to be approaching them with long irons or woods, and on short holes or short par 3’s they would have smaller green to encourage accuracy

i’d say on REAL courses about 20 yards each
