Treat the whole thing like a hinge. Pick it up by the globe and hold it like you’re going to pitch a curveball. Tilt your wrist down and let the ball come to a complete stop. Then straighten your wrist so that the ball tips back in a straight line on the point where it touches the tee. It needs to tip back in a straight line. As it tips up and over the top of the tee, gently relax your wrist and tip it back in the opposite direction just ever so slightly, so that it settles on. It takes a lot of practice to get it to work, but when it does, it’s really cool because you’ll be the only one who can do it.
