Where can I find an investor for a local golf course?

A 27 hole championship golf course closed in central wisconsin two years ago to build an aquaplex on top of it. The aquaplex fell through but the golf course remained closed. At the time of closing, they had the largest womens league in the state and a very busy public course. This course needs to be reopened!

    For this type of questions but if theres viable opportunity it might be something investors are against it whats it currently zoned for this type of work for what liens are running to look at down the way it whats it is now new development isnt something investors are against it is now new development isnt something to do.
